Who is responsible

Everlyn Spaces Private Limited, Bengaluru — the company behind Staymind — is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: the entity answerable for what happens to the data this page describes.

What we collect

This site has no cookies, no trackers, and no client-side analytics. There is nothing to consent to by simply reading it.

• If you write to us — through a form or by mail — we receive what you send: your name (if you give it), your email address, and your message, along with the form's own routing fields (a subject line, the thank-you redirect, and an anti-spam check).
• If you leave your address for occasional updates, we keep that address so we can write to you.
• Our infrastructure provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, request path) for security and reliability.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process what you send us in order to reply, and an update-list address in order to write to you — under the DPDP Act, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or enrich profiles. If you write to us from the EU, we'll honour the rights GDPR gives you; ask and we'll explain how.

Who touches it

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox and acts as a processor for that delivery.
• Vercel serves this site and processes server logs as part of doing so.
• Our email is handled by our mail provider on our behalf.

Where it goes

We are based in Bengaluru, India. Our processors operate globally, so form submissions and mail may be processed outside India (including the United States and the European Union) under those processors' standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted.
• Update-list addresses: until you ask to be removed — one line to hello@staymind.com does it, and we act on it within 7 days.
• Web3Forms keeps its own server-side copy of each submission for around two months before deleting it, per its published data-processing terms.
• Server logs: retained by our infrastructure provider for a short rolling window — days, not months — then rotated away.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@staymind.com and a person will handle it.

Grievances

Grievance contact under the DPDP Act: legal@staymind.com, Everlyn Spaces Private Limited, Bengaluru. We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days — usually much faster.

Governing law

This note is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction — the same line our terms carry.

Changes

If this note changes, the date above changes with it. We will not make it longer than it needs to be.
