What this site is

staymind.com is an informational site operated by Everlyn Spaces Private Limited ("Staymind", "we"). It describes who we are and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or professional advice.

Ownership

All names, logos, marks, type, and visual assets on this site — including Staymind™ and the unified S + dot mark — are owned by or licensed to Everlyn Spaces Private Limited. Please don't reproduce the mark or pass any of it off as yours.

Acceptable use

Read it, link to it, quote it fairly with attribution. Don't scrape it for spam lists, probe it for weaknesses (see security.txt and the disclosure note below), or misrepresent your identity through our forms.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you've found a security weakness in staymind.com, write to legal@staymind.com before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Scope is this website. We acknowledge reports within 72 hours, and we will not pursue legal action over good-faith research that stays within scope, avoids disrupting the service, and leaves other people's data alone.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, and we promise nothing beyond that. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it.

Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
